I found your service charge a bit expensive so I got someone from Toronto at a cheaper price to come out and remove the snow from the garage roof, but the handyman could not make it so I called you again for Chad Marsh to come out and remove the snow and give me an explanation as to why the leak is happening. I am glad I called your company as Chad came out and not only removed the snow and Ice from the garage roof but also told me the building code and showed me the cause of the leak with his expertise and knowledge in the roofing business. Sherri, You were also very helpful on the phone and demonstrated the knowledge from your experience and explained me on the phone the cause of the leak even before Chad came out to site.
